Shaoxing Yongsheng Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. is located at the scenic Qiangqing Town of Shaoxing that has been known as a cradle for a lot of famous writers. Not far from the town is Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, which grants it great convenience in regards of transportation.
As a subsidiary company of Zhejiang Yongtong Group, Shaoxing Yongsheng Dyeing & Printing Co., Ltd. mainly deals with spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing with its right for direct foreign trade. The company has got the ISO9002 Certificate and is now under preparation for the attestation of ISO14001 Environmental Management Standard system. Its equipment includes rapier looms imported from Italy, high-weight air jet looms made by Japan Toyota company, flat-screen printing machines from Switzerland, rotary screen printing machines from Netherlands, and pre-and-post treatment machines from Italy and United Kingdom.
The company is able to produce non-stretch and stretch fabrics of various specifications as well as new items required by customers. Non-stretch fabrics include fabrics made of pure cotton, T/R, T/C and rayon, Kushibo, washed velvet, peach finish fabric, Fuchun habotai, Taslan, oxford fabric, satin, 5-end satin, printed and dyed polyester and blended taffeta, linen and hemp fabrics, superior shirting fabrics, etc.. The annual turnout reaches 200 million meters. In addition, with pre-treatment equipment for singeing, desizing, boiling, scouring and mercerizing and post finishing equipment for dyeing, printing, preshrinking, and washing (sand washing), the company can process those fabrics through water-repellent, oil-proof, fire-resistant, wrinkle-free and coating on the basis of the combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technologies. Now, a sales network integrating manufacturing, supplying and selling has been set up through which 70% of our products are being exported to over 30 countries and regions from United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa, where they enjoy a high reputation.
