Located at Jiujiang Economic & Technical Development Park, Jiujiang Knitting Special Yarn Mill has the factory area of 86,000 sqm, fixed asset of over 37,490,000 RMB yuan, and annual production value of 37,000,000 RMB yuan. Founded in 1988, formally putting into production in 1992, our company is one of skeleton subsidiaries of Jiangxi Jiujiang Maotaishantou Group Company. Our registered “Shanzhen” special yarn for knitting enjoys high reputation in Jiangxi Province, and is awarded the title of “Creditable Product for Chinese Consumer” by China Foundation of Consumer Protection for several times. After technical reconstruction for three phases, at present, we have the scale of 30,000 spindles, 550 employees, including over 20 superior and secondary technicians.
In Aug 2001, our company took the lead in passing ISO9001: 2000 in provincial textile system, and we are engaged in producing and running completely according to the standard of quality management system.
Our product is mainly about Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, Viscose, A/C, T/C, T/R, and all kinds of mixed common ring yarns and Siro Spinning yarns, slubby yarns, knicker yarns, segment dyeing yarns, and other special yarns (threads). Our mainframe, produced by domestic pointed manufacturer, is the national chemical fiber producing equipment of beginning of 1990s. Our raw materials of chemical fiber are purchased from Jiangsu Yizheng, which is the leader company in chemical fiber industry of China with stable product quality and high reputation.
Our products are mainly sold in Fujian Province, Guangdong Province, Zhejiang Province, Shandong Province, Jiangxi Province and Jiangsu Province. The ready-made products are sold to USA, EU, Japan, Middle East, Panama, Hong Kong, and other countries and regions by apparel company, and praised by all the clients.
South to Hubei Province and Anhui Province, north to Lushan Mountain, a world famous site, we enjoy a prosperous location and convenient transportation, as Beijing-Kowloon Railway, watercourse of Yangtze River, and Nanchang-Jiujiang Express Way are linked to our factory area by direct highways. |
