Zhongguang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. is located in Guangyuan City and it is a new type of group company. Zhongheng Investment Holding Co., Ltd., which is affiliated to China Hengtian Group Company, bought Guangyuan Textile Factory in Dec 1999, which was a bankrupt company, and then established Zhongguang Investment Holding Co., Ltd. with modern enterprise system.
The company has a registered capital of 156,000,000 RMB and covers an area of 226,400 square meters. Its main business lines are: industry investment, enterprise trusteeship, textile, garment production and sales, property management, self-operation and agent of the import-export trade of various commodity and technology. The company now has three subsidiary companies, one participating company and one branch. Currently it has owned 2680 employees, 50000 spindles, and 929 looms (including 63 sets of introduced Belgian PICANOL 280 air-jet looms and complete imported necessary equipment). It can annually produce 7000 tons of yarn and 25,000,000 meters of gray goods. Its main products are: T/C drill, half thread khaki drill, T/C single poplin, half thread poplin, garment fabric, T/C or pure cotton broad-width decorative fabric, combed 60-count satin drill, T/C carbon fiber anti-electrostatic fabric. Its 70% products have been sold outside to Europe, America, Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong, Macao.
In recent years, over 20 varieties of our products have won national or provincial title of fine product. Our military khaki products rank in the first five places of the provincial textiles chart all along. By reforming system, updating equipment and technology and adjusting product structure, our company has obtained good economic and social benefit. We have gained a sales income of 483,490,000 RMB and realized a profit tax of 32,785,700 RMB within three years. Our company was appraised as “Advanced Rate-paying Unit”by State Administration of Taxation, was appraised as “Honorable Foreign Exchange Creating Enterprise” by provincial administration of foreign exchange and provincial foreign trade & economic department for successive two years, and was awarded the titles of "Star Enterprise", "The Enterprise Complying With Contract and Keeping word", "Advanced Unit with Safety Production"by Guangyuan government and involved department.
