Liaoning Times Garment Manufacturing Co., Ltd is a Chinese-foreign joint venture. It is a large-sized garment-export enterprise in China. It is also one of the largest garment-export enterprises in Liaoning with 1500 employees and it is ISO9001: 2000 certified.

It has introduced 910 sets of modern sewing equipments from Japan and has also introduced American GERBER CAD system and French LECTRA CAD system. It has strong technical power with 102 technicians. Its main products are: men''s or women''s western-style suits, men''s or women''s long or short wind coat, irreversible jack, parka, men''s or women''s fashionable clothes, all weather coat, shirt, wash garment, etc. The company constantly provides high quality products to many world-known companies such as Minzu, Sheng Malong, Laite, Meng Diao, Yingzan, Yamei, Hengtai, Weichen, etc. Its products have been sold to America, Britain, Germany, Austria, Holland, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao and other countries or regions and are enjoying good reputation there.

The company is located in Shihe Town, Jingzhou District, Dalian City. There is a very beautiful place with very comfortable climate and very close to the well-known tourist holiday villages—Fu Jia Zhuang, Jing Shi Tan. It is 60 kilometers away from Dalian downtown, only two kilometers away from the entry to Shenda Highway and only one kilometer away from Shihe Station of Hada Railway.
