Shanghai Kunlei Wool Textile Co., Ltd. is a middle-scale wool spinning & worsted spinning mill, possessing 4,000 spindles, producing in specialty various types of acrylic knitting yarns, weaving yarns, blended yarns and heathery yarns. Our annual production value exceeds 60 million RMB yuan. Our company has strong technical force, a number of specialty engineers and technicians. We strictly control each production ring according to the standard of process flow for assuring the quality of the products. In the course of spinning, after the slivers being drawn over 20 thousand times, the evenness of yarn strands can be praise as high grade with Uster testing.
Our company possesses advanced complete set of spinning equipments such as Shanghai No. 2 spinning machine, Marzoli spinning frame and twisting machine. The equipments are adapted to spinning the yarns with the number range from 8 to 80 N. All the yarn products adopt the treatments of electronic clearing and air caking. The company lab is equipped with exact and advanced testing apparatus to strengthen the quality supervision of the products.
