Founded in 1999, Linqing Huitong Textile Group is a large-scale group company consisting of cotton purchasing and manufacturing, spinning, weaving, garment knitting and producing, and automobile spare parts manufacturing. At present, the company has 3600 employees, a total asset of 490 million RMB yuan, possesses spinning, weaving, knitting and mechanical manufacturing equipments. The company mainly deals in producing, researching and, purchasing and selling the series products of cotton, cotton yarn, gray fabrics, knitting clothes and auto spare parts. The company has an annual producing capacity of 20,000 tons of different kinds of cotton yarns, 10 million meters of gray fabrics, 10 million pieces of knitting clothes, and 200,000 crankshafts, achieves the annual sales of 730 million RMB yuan, and pays more than 50 million RMB yuan for tax. The main products of the company are all types of pure cotton, T/C and combing cotton middle and top grade yarns, various types of pure cotton, blended fiber industrial use fabrics, different kinds of culture shirts, T-shirts, undershirts, printing knitting suits, warm reserving structural suits and auto crankshafts. In 2003, the company researched and produced the new products of soybean protein fiber, bamboo fiber, and the concerning fabrics, which are well accepted by clients in the market. The products of pure cotton yarn 60s, fine cotton fabric and printing knitting suit are exported to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, and other countries and regions in Southeast Asia, bring the annual exporting of 8 million US dollars.
The Group has a branch, Luxi Cotton Textile Factory. In 2002, the factory applied the researching project of the technology of soybean protein fiber spinning, printing, dyeing and finishing, which has been listed as the science and technology key planning project of Shangdong. The project mainly makes researches in confirming the spinning technology of soybean protein fiber, and the printing, dyeing and finishing technology of soybean protein fiber and other fabrics, for direct the industrial production. |
