Shanxi Tianwang Textile Printing and Dyeing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd (the original Shanxi No. 2 Textile Machinery Factory), is a national medium-sized enterprise for manufacturinga part of main machine, assistant machine, special workpiece and spare parts for the industries of textile and printing.
At present, we have possessed the capital of 55 million yuan, more than 30 senior or secondary technicians, over 250 manufacturing equipments of different types and a complete system of engineering force. With the difference in model, our products can be divided into 12 sorts, over 700 models, which are smoothly sold in 27 provinces, cities and municipalities of China, and in 13 countries and regions in Asia, Africa, Europe, America as well. We are the only fixed producer of cotton spinning ring and spindle, our leading products, in the northwestern region named by the original Ministry of Textiles. In the quality examination of homologue, our ring often obtains the first range, and more than 50% of the rings are exported. Our cotton spindle continuously raises its market quotient by excellent quality. We are the unique producer of 4 rubber-covered roll equipments for cotton spinning (A808 hydraulic pressure roller, FU245 and A812 pressing machine, A817 pastern measuring roller, A818 pastern circle measurer) in China, having large domestic market and exporting some part. Our photoelectric weft straightening machine, neatening equipment after printing, is designed and manufactured on base of the foreign advanced technology by us. It was once appraised as an important national leveled new product. Our mercerizing machine and embossing machine have obtained the prizes of renovation by the province and ministry, and several prizes in the national fair. Our new products: polymerized nylon processing machine, spindle cleaning and cheering machine and others are in the first class in China. |
