Shandong Woyuan Newfashioned Fabric Co., Ltd,Shandong Yiyuan Cotton Textile Factory (Zibo Woyuan Textile Co., Ltd. ) is located in the origin of the beautiful Nimen Mountain. Since its establishment in 1976, it has developed from a frail bateau to a giant steamboat that can withstand winds and waves. It has become a medium-sized weaving and dyeing allied company incorporating three production lines of exporting high-count cotton fabric, top-grade chemical wool-like fashion fabric and cotton gray fabric twine. It now has a staff of 1600, of which 289 are various kinds of specialized technique talents. Its fixed assets are of 150 million RMB and its annual tax profit is over 30 million RMB. The company was ISO 9002 certified in 2000 and was appointed as the designated enterprise to manufacture army goods by General Logistics Department of P.L.A in the same year. It has successively obtained the title of "Backbone Enterprise of Chemical Fiber in Shandong Province", "Provincial Advanced Enterprise", "Advanced Unit of Privately Managed Business in Zibo" and "AAA Level Credit Enterprise" The cotton gray fabric twine production line produces 10 million meters of high-count and high-density series gray goods of all-cotton, T/C gray fabric and cotton/rayon. The company is well appraised by the customers for its stable quality and short delivery date. The company has newly invested 80 million RMB to update the old equipments and introduced 120 worldly first-class Toyota steam looms and related complete equipments. It will make a significant breakthrough in economic benefit with an annual output of 280 million RMB and an annual income of 260 million RMB. The high-grade chemical wool-like fabric and cotton-pad production lines have introduced world-advanced weaving, dyeing and arrangement equipments. It has an annual throughput of 6 million meters of high-grade chemical wool-like fabric and 5 million meters of combed cotton cloth. By cooperating with Textile Academy of Sciences of China and other academies or colleges in technology, the company has exploited "Xuedan" brand high-grade dress fabric, which filled up the gap in China with high craftwork-technique. It also won the title of "National New Products" and got the self-operation right of import and export. Its products export to Southeast Asian and African countries constantly and sell to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other domestic provinces or areas. It has a good reputation in many famous garment factories, such as Younger, Fires, Weizhi and Hongdou group.
The top-grade chemical wool-like fabric our company produced has 12 series and over 300 varieties of colors and designs. The raw materials of our products include wool-rayon，polyester viscose, spun polyester, viscose, cation, filament polyester, composite network textured yarns and other kinds of fibre. After doubling , double twisting and other preliminary finish ,they would be weaved by imported weaving machines and dyed by special techniques. After the technical processing of sizing, shearing, gassing, calendaring and full decatizing, the fabric surface of the finished products will become flat, bright, soft, slippery and elastic with the physical characteristics of unadulterated colors, high color-fastness, frictional resistance, etc. Our fabric has a high rate of utilization and is suitable for the making of various western-style clothes or fashionable dress. Our products sell to the wholesale markets and brand-garment factories of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and domestic provinces and cities such as Guangzhou, Shaoxing, Wuhan, Shanxi, Hebei, Tianjing, Beijing, Shandong and we have a good reputation in the customers. “Wool-like Baisi Worsted Fabric”, “Yamei Worsted Fabric”and“Wool-like Shuni Worsted Fabric” were appraised by provincial appraising department as “Filling Up The Gap in China” and won the title of “Provincial Excellent New Products”. “Yamei Crepons”products were appraised as National New Products In 2000. |
