Founded in 1997,Shaoxing Alice Textile Dyeing and Finishing Co.,Ltd.is a private enterprise specializing in fabric dyeing and finishing.Through over seven years of accumulation and development,the company has become one of the top 100 enterprises in Shaoxing City and a key backbone enterprise in Shaoxing City,being appraised as one of"Three-satisfaction enterprises" emphasizing on quality and keeping their word by Zhejiang Provincial authorities.With an area of 70000square meters in its factory site and a staff of 1000,the company owns fixed assets of RMB120 million,and advanced domestic complete-set equipment such as gassing frame,pre-shrinking machine,overflow dyeing machine, etc.Moreover, it has a series of overseas advanced finishing equipment such as heat setter,sanding manchine, kier decatizing maching,calender imported from South Korea, Italy,Taiwan, etc.Some 150 technical personnel including 50-odd menium and senior professionals provide strong guarantee for the technical strength of the enterprise in its research and production fields.
It''s dyeing process is collectively controlled by the central computer, specializing in dyeing urethane elastic fabric,T/R weft elastic fabric, T/R double-elastic fabirc extra-fine fiber series, suede nap, Korean velvet,jean series and cationic double-deweighting fabric.Those fabrics have passed the certification of ISO14001 environment system in terms of their quality with an annual capacity reaching orer 1.1 billion meters.In order to meet the increasing exprot demand, the company obtained self-management rights in import an exprot in 2003 and set up ALICE Dyeing and Finishing Foreigh Trade Division so as to serve the customers from Japan, the US, EC, and southeast Asia. |
