Xinjiang Golden Sun Textile co., Ltd. was co-founded by Xinjiang Tian Rong Investment (Group) co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tian Fu Power (Group) co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tian Fu Thermo-Electric co., Ltd. and natural persons on Jun. 8, 2003. Registered in Xinjiang Shihezi Economic & Technological Development Zone, the company is located in the hinterland of Xinjiang Tianshan Mount Economic Belt, and covers a total area of 6,770,000 square meters. Its ，businesses include 86,770,000 production and distribution ofworsted and woolen fabrics, cashmere fabric, cashmere sweaters, wool sweaters, worsted and woolen knitted wools, tops, washed wools and wool grease; distribution of woolen raw materials and fabrics; and the processing, production and distribution of apparel. The company enjoys the right to import and export. At present, Golden Sun boasts 20,000 worsted and woolen spindles, 4,000 woolen spinning spindles, 252 looms (of which 210 are worsted looms), 26 imported projectile looms, 16 rapier looms, 461 flat knitting machines and 228 apparel equipment. A total of one third of our equipment is introduced from abroad. Our company features a powerful woolen post-finishing capacity. Besides, we boasts 9 sets of state-of-the-art equipment introduced from overseas, such as the high-temperature and high-pressure overflow dyeing machines from Britain, drying, finalizing combined finishing machines, singeing and shearing machines, KD-80 and KD-95 kier decatizing machines from Italy, and normal-temperature dyeing machines and calendering machines from Germany. We provide piece dyeing and stripe dyeing for pure wool and blended products, with the annual finishing capacity of woolen products reaching as high as 4.5 million meters. At present, our company has realized an annual throughput of 3 million meters, 400 tons, 500 tons, 0.1 million articles and 30 tons for worsted piece goods, knitted wools, knitted wool, garments and wool grease separately. Our company is powerful in technological research and development. A provincial technological research center is set up in our company and long-term technological cooperative partnership has been established with International Wool Bureau and Northwest Textile Institute. We mainly produce products in eight categories, namely, worsted piece goods, knitted tops, knitting yarns (thread), wool (cashmere) sweaters, garments, wool grease, cashmere scarves and tie dyed shawls. The Golden Sun company develops over 1000 Jintianyang-branded woolen products each year. The Jintianyang-branded worsted products feature fine texture, uniform lustre, smooth handle and elegant appearance. The Jintianyang-branded products have been granted a title of “Famous Brand of Xinjiang” by the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Xinjiang Weiwuer Autonomous Region and Trademark Association. According to the random check results of national technical supervision authorities, thirty 35 products are awarded national, ministerial and district awards.
