SHANDONG WOYUAN COTTON TEXTILE FACTORY was located in the origin of Yihe river, the beautiful scenic spot, Yimeng Mount. Since it was set up in 1976, it has grown from a small boat into a big ship which can withstand storms in the business world, and hence turned a well-established middle weaving and dyeing enterprises integrated the three assembly lines namely, the line of fine count pure cotton export fabrics , of top grade chemical fiber fur-like fashion fabrics and that of gray cotton cloth. It has total staff of 1600 , including experts and technicians of 289. It possesses fixed assets of 150,000,000 yuan and annual profit amounting to more than 30000000 yuan. In 2000 it passed the ISO 2000 Quality System Certificates and was appointed as the set manufacturer of the military products by the General Logistic Department. It was successively granted the following titles " Shangdong Province Key Chemical Fiber Fur-like Enterprises" "Zhibo City Outstanding Unit" and " AAA Credit Enterprise" and etc.
The company puts out 10,000,000 meters of cotton and polyester cotton cloth of high density and fine count in the assembly line of cotton cloth every year and with its reliable quality and short term of delivery it has won favorable comments from the customers. It invested 8,000,000 yuan to renew the equipment and introduced 120 first class Toyota jet looms and related accessories which has given rise to a sharp increase in economic profit and the annual turnover reached 280,000,000 yuan and annual income supassed 260,000,000 yuan. More international weaving machines, dying and finishing equipment were introduced to the assembly line of the top grade chemical fiber fur-like fabrics and that of tie-dyed cotton fabrics and hence enable these two assembly lines to have a capacity of annual output of top grade chemical fiber fur-like fabrics of 6,000,000 meters and fine cloth of 5,000,000 meters.
Through technical communication with institutions like China Textile Institution, and other high institutions, it developed top grade garment fabrics in brand name" Xuedan" which not only " fills the blank in China and the techniques take the lead in domestic industry." (Authorized comments) but also wins the title of " State New Produce." The company has its own import and export license and its products are exported to south east Asia and Africa, domestically , sold to Hong Kong, Macaw , Taiwan and other provinces and areas. It enjoys good reputation among the numerous famous apparel manufacturers such as Ya Ge Er, Shanshan, Weizhi and Red Bean Group.
