Yingkou Cotton Textile Co. Ltd is a comprehensive textile company held and run by private owners. It covers an area of 130,000 m2 with a construction area of 85,000 m2. It has 125,000 spindles, 500 weaving machines. And its fixed assets reach 220 million Yuan and net wealth of 120 million Yuan. With a staff of 2600 its total production value comes up to 2 million Yuan. And its bank credit standing is AAA. The enterprise has passed the authorization of ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System in 2005.
Our company is well equipped with a lot of world top weaving equipment such as 66 Sulzer projectile looms, 60 Japanese Tsudakoma Air-jet looms and 16 sets of combing equipment and 5 Japanese Murata winders matched by a series of advanced equipment.
The annual product of our company is 10000 tons of cotton yarn and 15 million meters of cotton fabrics with 6 major categories, including 100% cotton, synthetic fibers, blend fabrics, filament yarn and stretched fabrics. Among the cotton yarn there are 32-120s middle/high counts carded/combed ,weaving/knitting yarn, gray yarn, cotton yarn, core yarn. And the cotton fabrics are made into percale, twill, satin, satin stripes and middle/top grade cretonne while the garment fabric consists of high dense 100% cotton or elastic fabrics and other kinds of fabrics for special use. The company produces natural color cotton yarn, which is a kind of green environment-friendly product of 21st century. It needs no printing and dyeing and will lead the trend of rag trad.
