It mainly produces polyester yarns and T/C gray fabrics of various specifications as well as assorted uniforms, business suits, fashion wear, cotton quilts and caps/hats etc.
The company covers a total area of 0.175 millions square meters and boasts a total asset of 0.28 billion RMB Yuan. It has a total work staff of 4500 with its scope of business covering textiles, quilt & apparel and real estate. The Textile Department has a total of 43,000 spindles for cotton spinning, 600 shuttle looms and achieves a yearly throughput as high as 6,000 tons and 18 million meters for yarns and gray fabrics etc. The Apparel Department has a total of over 2,000 sewing equipment with a yearly throughput of 10 million sets of cotton quilts and garments. The company puts a high premium on technological innovations and product innovations. It imports advanced CAD (Computer Aided Design) system and system flexible hanging delivery line, pocket welting machines, sleeving machines, adhesive machines, dry-cleaning steam-ironing sizing equipment and Uster evenness testers from America, Japan, Sweden and Germany etc.
