Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. founded on Aug. 15, 1995 was solely sponsored by China Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd. and based on the principal assets related to textile machinery production of former Jingwei Textile Machinery Factory. It registered in Taiyuan High & New Tech. Industrial Development Zone.
Now, the whole capital stocks of the company are 603,800,000 in which 220,000,000 have been hold by China Textile Machinery (Group) Co., Ltd; in Jan. 1996, 180,800,000 H stocks were publicized in Hongkong and launched in Hongkong United Exchange; in November, 23,000,000 A stocks were publicized in domestic market and launched in Shenzhen Stock Exchange in Dec. this year; in March 2000, its headquarters was transferred to Beijing and added 180,000,000 A stocks in market. At the end of the year 2001, the company owns RMB3.97 billon total assets, RMB 2.22 billion net assets, over 20 subsidiaries and 8400 workers. Due to its perfect product exploitation, technics and technology, marketing and management system, a Sino-foreign joint venture was authorized by China Foreign Economic and Trade Department and the company owns the rights of import and export in 1996. Besides this, it achieved ISO9001 both international and domestic quality certifications of fitness at the same year.
