Jiangyin Meilun Yarn Industry Co., Ltd. is a sole investment private-operated firm, covering an area of 50,000 square meters with a total investment of RMB 80 million yuan and a registered capital of RMB 15 million yuan. The company has the ring spinning frames with a total of 44,800 spindles, within which 18,000 spindles are comb ones. It also maintains close relationships with 8 enterprises which produce a total of 130,000 spindles for Meilun per year. The yearly production capacity of Meilun reaches 30,000 tons based on a total of 12,480,000 cotton spinning spindles. It now possesses a staff of more than 1,300, including 68 technicians from various fields. They ensure the efficient operation of management. We have strong management and technology strength and have passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification.
The company specializes in producing non-knot knitting yarn. It has advanced device, perfect detectors and strong technology force. Imported from Italy, the non-knot bobbin air splicer can produces 10 to 45 count colorful yarn in pure cotton, pure polyester, polyester / cotton, polyester / rayon, and wool / polyester series, up to 300 varieties. Yarn of special specification or special color can be produced according to customers' requirements. We can produce specific yarns on request and sell in flexible sales forms. We enjoy great popularity and recognition from customers for the various kinds, small batch, fast sample making and high sample accuracy and complete products quality tracking service.
Along with the continuous development of the company in both scale and power, it invests two new chemical fiber lines to meet the growth of market. These lines can turn out 30,000 tons of chemical fibers per year, which not only guarantee the stableness of the quality of yarns, but also meet the need of plants located around us. Thanks to our efforts laid on the material of yarns in the beginning of 2005, we achieve the transformation on the type of our products from nature white to super white.
