Jiangyin Hongyun Woollen Spinning Co., Ltd. lies at No.1 Gujiaxiang,Yungu Road, in Yunting township.It is conveniently located with easy access of transportation and communications in all directions. It faces Wuxi Municipality in the south (30 kilometers), is connected to the Yangtze River in the north and is directly linked with Shanghai in the east (180 kilometers) by an interstate.
The total area of the mill is 26,400m2, including 9711 m2 of manufacturing buildings and 6088m2 of work shops. The mill employs a total staff of 302, with one senior engineer, three engineers, and five technical experts.
It has the most-advanced state-of-the-art equipment, including: B412-B452 made by Jiangyin wool spinning machine factory; B441(5 in number) made by Wuxi No.8 weaving machine factory; 591(5 in number) made by Shanghai No.2 weaving machine factory; 501(10 in number) made by Shanxi Jingwei weaving machine factory; 722 (3 in number) made by Shenyang No.2 weaving machine factory; 1332 (3 in number) made by Tianjin spinning & weaving machine factory; 601 (6 in number) made by Shanghai No.2 weaving machine factory; 702 made by Jiangyin No.3 light-industrial machine factory; normal air-condition room(1 in set). Also equipped by good inspection tools like USTER tester II, uster autosorter, uster classmat II and uster tensomat II made by ZELLWEGER USTER lTD Company.
The production capacity is 1800 tons per year, converting to No.32 knitting wool.The products are made of 48 pieces all wool, mainly blending. Our products cover from No.20 to No.90 knitting wool.Our products are exported to Japan, Korea and Hong Kong, 300 tons/year in quantity, and sells to Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang and Guangdong internally. |
