Ratified by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economy Cooperation and registered on March 23, 2003 in the State AIC, Huarun Textile Investment Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing City with registered assets of USD 20 million and moved to Shenzhen City in January, 2003. Presently the company has established 12 large and medium textile and printing & dyeing factories in Binzhou City, Linqing City, Weifang City, Huimin City, Jinan City (Shandong Province), Zhengding City, Hebei Province, Suining City, Sichuan Province, Dasheng City, Jiangsu Province and Tongzhou City, Jiangsu Province. All the factories have passed the ISO9000 International Quality System authentication, and the factories in Binzhou City, Huining City and Jinan City have passed ISO14000 Quality and Environment Management System authentication. The company totally has more than 20,000 staffs. Sichuan Suining Huarun Jinhua Company is a listed A-Share company. Presently the company has been the Permanent Member of the State Cotton Exchange.
Weifang: The factory in Weifang City move at the end of 2003 to the Textile Industrial Park in the Hi-tech Developing Zone. The new factory occupies an area of 216775 square meters and construction area of 99288 square meters. With 300 sets of air-jet weaving machine, 100000 ring spinning, 1800 rotor spinning and 720 air-jet spinning, the factory has annual output of 14500 tons of cotton and polyester cotton blended yarn and 21.60 million meters of cotton, polyester cotton and elastic fabrics. It has become a modernized textile enterprise and R & D center of middle-class and high-class knitted yarn, clothing and fabrics for decoration.
Liaocheng: the moving was completed at the end of 2003. The new factory occupies an area of 226780 square meters and construction area of 110000 square meters. It would realize its product orientation of "professional high-class products and characterized middle-class products" and its production ability will reach 160000 ring spinning, 15000 double twisters and 2400 rotor spinning, with ability of producing singed yarn. It has international advanced combing production line (60000 spindles) and spinning production line (120000 spindles), and its gross combing ability reaches 90000 spindles, ply yarn production ability 60000 spindles and automatic cone winding ability 160000 spindles. The company is estimated to have annual output of 14000 tons of yarn and annual sales income of RMB 500 million. |
