Founded in 1994, the factory is the first batch of private enterprise after China's reform and opening up. It has been nearly thirteen years. No we have more than 6,000 square meters of brand new standard workshop, 16 sets of injection molding machines from 120g to 2000g, one plastic extruded tube production line and other ancillary equipments.
The factory is located in Ningbo suburb where is in the 1km Dazhujia exit of Hangzhou-Ningbo Expressway and Ningbo-Wenzhou Expressway. The transportation is very convenient and the supporting facilities are complete.
The factory mainly produces chemical fiber drafting bobbin, plastic cover, high temperature and high pressure plastic dyeing and finishing yarn bobbin and various plastic products. Especially the dyeing and finishing yarn bobbin, the highest thermal distortion temperature is 153℃ and the compressive strength and corrosion resistance are in line and exceeding the using requirements of dyeing and finishing production.
