Chang Heng Textile Plaza is located at Xin Gang Xi Rd., Hai Zhu Area, Guangzhou,the traditional gathering place of fabrics of Guangzhou. Closed to the street, the center lies north of Xin Gang Xi Rd. and west of Dong Xiao Nan Rd. The center is near the Chang Gang Overpass and side by side with Parkin Shop at Yi Le Nan Rd.
