Chongqing Dragon Silk Co. Ltd. is a stock corporation situated 880 Tianzi Road, Wanzhou District in Chongqing. In 2005, approved by Wanzhou government, Chongqing Wanzhou Huaxi Firm experienced restructure and on Novermber 11, 2005 the new company was registered with 5 million RMB Yuan of capital and 50 million RMB Yuan of total assets. The volume of whole sale reaches 600 million RMB Yuan and the sales avenue of industrial products is 50 million RMB Yuan.
Dragon Silk Co. Ltd. has four parts, namely, Wanzhou Trade World, Jet-Loom Plant, Silk Plant and Ganning Silk. The group is a comprehensive enterprise incorporating commercial business, estate management, silk-reeling, and silk-twining.
Wanzhou Trade World is located 128 Taibai Road, Wanzhou. It has 8500 m2 of top-grade storefront in the underground floor and the third floor. The world sells garments, general merchandise, and shoes. It is the civilized market of municipal level and key market in Chongqing.
The jet-loom plant is 800 Tianzi Road, Wanzhou district. Now it has 104 TSUDAKOMA WZ303 jet loom and auxiliary equipment. It produces about 8 million meters of cloth for military, industrial and apparel usage. The products are sold to Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and some domestic regions, such as Sichuan province, Chongqing, Jiangsu province and Zhejiang province.
The silk plant is located 880 Tianzi Road, Wanzhou district. Now it has 72 GD 618 silk reeling machines and auxiliary equipment. It produces 1 million meters of natural silk annually. Now it is increasing its scale to 200 silk-twining machines so as to reach its goal of 2.66 million meters of silk and 58.06 million RMB Yuan annually.
Ganning Silk Co. Ltd. is located in Ganning town in Wanzhou. Now it has 5 sets of automatic silk-reeling machines, 5 sets of up-right silk-reeling machines, 100 K252 silk-twining machines and auxiliary equipment. The workshop covers 14,720 m2. Annually it comes up with 1 million meters of silks and 150 tons of white steam filature. Most of the products are sold to Europe, the USA, India and Japan.
Dragon Silk has 400 employees, among whom 48 are engineers and technicians. The directorate is composed of 5 persons and 4 manage the company. Mr. Xie Defu, our chairman, secretary of the CPC committee and general manager, is 42 years of old, graduate, senior engineer, academic and technical leader in Wanzhou district
