Changzhou City FEINIU Textile Finery Co., Ltd. (Changzhou City Chanshan Color Woven Factory, Changzhou FEI SHENG Textile Co., Ltd.) is engaged in the production and trade of jean color woven fabrics with its own import and export rights. The company owns a whole-set machining and manufacturing assembly line integrated with airflow spinning, bundle and sheet dyeing, wet blowing printing and dyeing, weaving, post-finishing machining and garment machining. The company is located in Changzhou Textile Industrial Park (1, Huayang Road), east to Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, west to 312 National Highway, with convenient transportation. It occupies an area of 145 thousand square meters and construction area of 60 thousand square meters.
The company presently has gross assets of RMB 230 million, among which fixed assets are RMB 200 million, and 1,200 staffs, among whom 230 are technical professionals, occupying 19.7% of all the staffs.
The company's production equipments include 64 sets of imported Belgium PICANOL GAMMA 190cm rapier looms, 120 sets of domestic 190cm rapier looms, 3 sets of hi-speed warping machines, 2 sets of dividing machines, 4 sizing-dyeing production lines (two bundle lines and two sheet lines), 2 sets of imported Germany MONFORTS jean fabrics pre-shrinking machines, one set of hi-temperature stenter heat setting machine, one production line of continuous tie-dyeing and wet blowing craft range, 500 sets of clothing production equipments, and 120 sets of auxiliary equipments equipped to various production flows.
The company has an annual production ability of 12 million meters of various color woven fabrics and 5 million pieces of garments, which are mainly exported to the countries and regions including Europe, the USA, Japan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
The company has strong ability of developing new products and has the production ability of 8 series (more than 400 sorts) of jean color woven fabrics including cotton, cotton & polyester interwoven, Oxford cloth, cotton & spandex interwoven fabrics, etc., with various colors and designs of indigo blue, multicolor, slub, elasticity, stripe, blue with black and black with blue, and with specifications of 40Z/square yard-14.5OZ/ square yard. |
