Shenyang Huayue Textile Group is the state-owned holding group, which was established in accordance with modern enterprise system. It is the key large-scale enterprise group, the pillar enterprise in exporting and making profit in foreign currency in Shenyang city. It is the large-scale enterprise group integrating the scientific, industry, trade and finance into a whole, which is trans-regional, inter-trade and trans-ownership system structure and owns the diversified economic sectors of cotton spinning, wool spinning, silk textile, knitting, dyeing, towel blanket, clothing, machine, scientific research, real estate development, foreign trade export, third industry and so on.
The group has 25 members, including 16 industrial enterprises and 9 trading companies. The group has 200,000 spindles for cotton spinning, 20,000 spindles for wool spinning, and 5,000 sets of various textile machineries. It has the printing and dyeing capacity 60,000,000 meters/year and the tailoring capacity 2,000,000 suits (pieces)/year. The group has total of the fixed assets 3,500,000,000 yuan and annual sales value 1,000,000,000 yuan.
The major products are purified cotton yarn, chemical fabric yarn, the fabric cotton, blended, fabric and intertexture gray cloth, printing and dyeing cloth, panne, corduroy, towel blanket, silk goods, face fabric, clothing, wool, textile machines and so on, which are sold far to hundreds of countries and regions e.g. America, France, Italy, Holland, Australia, Russia, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and so on.
The projects of industrial zone and its wastewater treatment engineering, as well as wool spinning base, which the group made great investment to construct, has become the new point of economic growth for the industrial development in Shenyang City. The underway projects of production base for industrial textiles including automobile decorative cloth and real estate development shall have broad foreground, which accumulate strong aftereffects for development. Since the establishment, the group has been successively investing hundred of millions capitals to update the technologies upgrade and renew the products and equipments for all the affiliated enterprises. It has newly-built ten of thousands square meters of multifunctional workshops and has introduced the world first-class equipments experiments and test instruments manufactured by the countries of Italy, Germany, Japan, the Republic of Korea and so on, as well as the advanced production technologies and management modes.
