Anqiu Ruitai Textile CO.,LTD is an independent private enterpirse held by Shandong Dayuan Group. It integrates spinning, printing, dyeing, knitting and clothes making and its total assets amount to RMB 300 million. There are now 3,000 employees and the products are exported to Japan, Europe, America and other countries and areas.
The textile factory of Anqiu Ruitai Textile CO.,LTD now has 100,000 spindles among which there are 70,000 spindles of combed yarn. Its annual output of cotton yarn is 17,000 tons. The new developed tencel, soybean protein fiber yarn, chitin fiber yarn and other products improve the quality of the products.
The weaving factory and the printing and dyeing factory of Anqiu Ruitai Textile CO.,LTD introduced from Korea and Japan high quality polyester imitation silk weaving and complete set of printing and dyeing after-finish production line to develop those products. The annual weaving capacity is 15 million meters and the printing and dyeing process capacity is 30 million meters.
Anqiu Ruitai Apparel CO.,LTD. is one of the companies held by Anqiu Ruitai Textile CO.,LTD. Computer large diameter circular knitting machine and other clothes making equipment are imported from Taiwan and Japan. Its annual output of knitted fabric is 1,000 tons and the annual dyeing and printing capacity is 2,000 tons. Also every year we produce 5 million garments, which is a new economic increase point of our company. |
