Gaoyao Jinyi Fiber Co., Ltd. is a China-Taiwan joint venture. It is located at Zhaoqing Gaoyao Liantang Industrial Area in Guangdong Province, with 5,000 square meters of land area. The company was put into production in September 2001.
The company produces and processes all specifications of color nylon yarn, such as 70D/1, 70D/2, 100D/1, 100D/2, 40D/1and 40D/2 etc. of color yarn with high elasticity by the processes of bobbin dyeing and twist dyeing.
The company has strong technical power and advanced equipment. the twisting and dyeing machines are full-automatically controlled by computers. Its production capacity reaches 150 tons per month. All raw material(chips) for raw yarn(stretch nylon yarn) are imported from Totry and Basf etc. Dyeing process is full-automatically controlled. All dyes and auxiliary agent for dyeing are imported. Its products feature bright color, less difference between different vats or lots, high dyeing firmness, namely 4-5 grade of wash-resisting firmness, dry and wet wear-proof firmness and heat-resisting firmness, 5 grade of sunlight-resisting firmness and climate-resisting firmness(including light and dark color). All physical specifications of color yarn such as breakage strength and crimping ratio reach the demands of national first-grade products. The company’s products have stable quality and are packed satisfying the demands of the customers. Their delivery is in time. Management of the company is advanced. At the moment, the company is applying for ISO quality certificate. |
