We, Shanghai Pacific Textile Complete Equipment Co., Ltd, is a professional manufacturer specializing textile complete equipment and machinery unit, and are subordinated to Pacific Mechatronic (group) Co., Ltd, a state-owned large enterprise group company in China.
Shanghai Pacific started synthetic fiber machinery and equipment fabrication since 1960 and was the first chinese manufacturer under planning economy times. In 1980’s and 1990’s, we cooperated with Barmag in developing SW4 series POY spinning & winder technology, then producing SW6 & CW, SP40, SP50 series high speed spinning machines, and exported to Australia, Indonesia and India since middle 1990 and have market occupation of 54% in China since 2001.
For a long time, Shanghai Pacific has been focus on developing self-own technology in R & D by combining with worldwide advanced technology and we have developed our own spinning technology through combining advantadges of filament & staple fiber spinning process, and independently also developed temperature controlling technology for the evenness of spinning beam within±1℃, the technology of radical quench, semi-open circular quench, full close circular quench, etc., recently we have successfully developed bi-component PSF lines, bi-component spunbond lines as well.
