Founded in 1953 and Reformed in 1996, Jiaozuo Xinqi Textile Industry Co.,Ltd. ( former name: Boai Silk Factory ) is the largest silk factory in the local area.It employs 480 people, including 48 technicians and 5 senior engineers. The company covers an area of 26,680 sq.m, has 400 machines and produces 5.4 million meters of fabrics annually. Its export value exceeds USD 3.5 million.
The leading products are various satin, pongee and muffle made from rayon, chemical fibers, silk and their blends. They are exported to Europe, United States, Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. The company is an ISO9002 registered firm and has direct import and export right.
