| Zhuzhou Ramie Textile Printing & Dyeing Factory was built in 1956. It is the first national enterprise of ramie printing and dyeing. By now, owning staff members more than 4500, the factory has 7 branch factories, and 4 subordinates with total fixed assets 240 million RMB and land area 283 thousand square meters. Equipped with 1000 tow spindles, 15000 line spindles, 1000 rotor spindles, 4 knitting machines, 550 weaving machines and a 180 model printing and dyeing production line, the factory gives out an annual output of 10 million meters ramie gray cloth, and 12 million meters printed and dyed cloth. The factory is actually an integrated modern enterprise of degumming, spinning, weaving, printing, dyeing, garment-making and researching. |
