Haining Bafang Weaving Co., Ltd. has more than 50 years history of cotton fabric weaving & dyeing. In 1990's, it has been certificated as a large-scale spinning & weaving manufacturer; and the company occupies 35,000 square meters. The denim fabric produced by us refers to the standard of " LEVI'S U.S.A." The annual output is 9 million meters indigo denim (width 60"), which has been exported to more than 30 countries and regions, such as U.S.A., Italy, Korea, and Hong Kong etc. In 2000, we passed ISO9002 international quality system certification. Up to now, the company has a whole production line of dyeing, weaving and finishing which are latest-type machineries: Dyeing Machine-Rope-dyeing manufactured by Morrison Co., U.S.A.; 2 sets of Sizing machines made by West Point Co., Germany and 2 sets of Auto-coner winder; Weaving machines: 32 sets of Sulzer-Ruti shuttler double widths Swiss made, 28 sets of GTM rapier looms by Picanol Co. Belgium, 10 sets of rapier looms made by Smit Co. Italy.
We are specialized in producing all kinds of denim with excellent quality, which is 100% cotton denim, polyester and cotton denim, slub denim etc.
