Hunan Dongting Ramie Textile Printing & Dyeing Mill was established in July 1986. It is a large-scale ramie textile manufacturer which occupies 90 hectare. It owns 5000 staffs. There are 20000 spindles for ramie, 16664 ones for cotton, 1000 ones for OE-yarn and 656 looms (including 144 rapier looms) in our factory. these included 34 sets machines introduced from Japan, Spain, Czechoslovalaie, etc. The annual output of various kinds of yarn is at 6500 tons and cloth at 12 million meters. We have established a joint enterprise of Yueyang Star Linen Textile Co., Ltd. We have invested and found Hunan Dongting Changxing Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd.
We are able to spin 7.5-72 metric counts of ramie yarn, 3-60 English counts of ramie /cotton, hemp /cotton, flax /cotton, ramie /acrylic blended yarn, slub yarn, effect yarn, ply yarn, dyed yarn and coloured spun yarn etc. Furthermore, we are able to produce pure ramie, pure linen, pure hemp, blended and mixed fabrics. The products which take *DT* as trademark won the excellent title of province and ministry, and the Golden, the Silver at internatioal fair. Most of our products are sold into America, Europe, South Korea, Japan, South East Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan and have enjoyed a high reputation. In recently years, we have developed a series of suits, socks, mat clothes and decorate materials with healthy and environmental protection. The products which contain ramie and hemp have begun to share with its customers.
In order to protect intellectual property right of our mill , maintain the reputation of our products ,the main trademark “DT” Has been registered in No.23 ,No.24 ,No25 in our country, No.23,No.24 in Korea, No.23,No.24,No.25 in Hongkong. Besides “DT”, we have registered a series of trademark as “GAIYI”,”QINGDAI”,“ZHONGGUOCAO”.We are applying for registration of “GREAT”, ”DELIGHT”.
