Established in 1894, Xinjiang Textile Co., Ltd. is a middle-scale cotton textile firm with 3500 workers and a total asset of RMB 249 million yuan. The company has 61296 spindles, 796 open-end spinning frames, 720 ordinary looms and 90 shuttleless looms. It produces 1000 tons of cotton yarns ( carded and combed ) and 25 million meters of fabrics, such as stretch cloth, satin cloth, down-proof cloth, serge and so on, annually.
The company emphasizes on strict work style, scientific management and modern marketing. In spite of the atrocious market weather in recent years, its profit increases continuously and steadily. The development of the company can be summarized into "one goal, two driving wheels and three elevations."
One goal: To develop the company into the high-grade fabric production base in north China. Our present goods are pure cotton down-proof cloth, stretch cloth, twills, satin cloth, khaki, serge and so on. Dyed or printed, these fabrics are the best choices for upscale garments. High counting yarns, such as 40s, 60s and 80s, are available for knitted fabrics.
Two driving wheels: Management innovation and Technology innovation. Scientific interior management is the solid base where a successful enterprise can stand on stably. In recent years, the company has carried out a complete set of strict, detailed and efficient methods to polish its management, which yields satisfying fruits. The company has undergone three full-scale updates. The firs one was conducted in 1950 to reopen the production. The seconded one started around 1980. After the update, the floor area of workshops was enlarged from 11,000 to 37,000 square meters, the number of the spindles was increased from 10,000 to 50,064, the number of looms was increased from 494 to over 800. The third one debuted when 76.5 million yuan was invested to update the high-grade fabric production line. During the update, 90 shuttleless looms were imported from Japan and Belgium, 3 auto-bobbin-winders were imported from Italy, 1 2-groove sizing frames from Japan and 2 air pressure machines from Germany, which are all of international advanced device. Thus, the company possessed preponderant hardware to compete in market.
Three elevations: the elevation of product grade, the elevation of profit and the elevation of credit standing. Produced by advanced device, the yarns have not knot and are of designed length, their quality reach the Uster 97 communiqu ( 25% ). The company''s "Sanlin" brand are " Famous Brand of Shanxi". The company has direct operation right for import and export, Its goods have been sold to America, Europe and Japan and enjoys favorable remarks. The company''s annual sales income reaches 250 million yuan, profit-tax reaches 20 million yuan.
