Wujin Jinghua Ultra-width Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd integrates weaving, dyeing and printing in one plant. It has 318 employees, including 6 technicians.
Devices & Capacity:
1. 15 sets of Model 7M 2750 flat screen-printing machines from Swiss. German automatic photosensitive machine, Arioli Model 280 steamers from Italy and related dyeing devices made in China.
They are applied to produce 60~102" ultra-wide down-proof fabric and other wide adornment fabric, bathing, curtain, bedding articles and cotton blanket. Its bleaching ability is 12 million meters and printing ability is 8 million meters every year.
2. Water jet looms made in Japan, and other pre-finishing, sizing and patching devices. They are applied to produce xinyun habutai, water wash velvet, Japanese habutai and high-density down-proof fabrics. The yearly capacity is 5 million meters.
3. Medium width bleaching assembly line. Applied to bleach cotton and T/C fabric. The yearly capacity is 30 million meters.
