Established in 1995, Sichuan Mingshan Silk Co., Ltd. is the leading enterprise of Mingshan in the implement of the industrialization of the silk and mulberry. Being located at the foot of Mengshan, we enjoy not only the picturesque beauty, but also convenient transport facilities for the close to the 318 State way and other express way. The factory covers a land area of 20000m2, with total assets 20 million yuan (RMB) and 480 employees. Besides, we have automatic reeling machines 1600 sets, doupion silk 80 sets so as to produce 200 tons of silk per year, including 120 tons of white steam filature and 80 tons of doupion silk. As for the quality, our white steam filature is above 3A50, and the doupion silk is considered as extra excellent product. Therefore, our production value reaches 31 million yuan (RMB), the sales income 40 million yuan (RMB) and the tax and profit 2 million yuan (RMB). Guaranteed by the stable supply of fine materials from our own 15000 MU mulberry field, our products are sold mainly to Zhejiang and Jiangsu with some of them exported to India and other Southeast Asian countries.
In the past five years, we developed very fast and was granted the exported silk license, the raw silk export license, the doupion silk export license and the certificate to reel silk. Therefore, we got honors like "Advanced Unit for the industrialization of agriculture" and "Advanced Enterprise". Our "Company + peasant" operation pattern get promotion around the country as model by the CCTV. As a result, we enjoy great reputation among the silk companies in Sichuan Province.
We passed of ISO9001 in July and the QC system certificate of 2000. In the following three years, we are going to develop as usual to meet our target of 300 tons of silk in 2003. |
