Shanxi 3534 General Garment Plant( previous No. 3534 Plant of People's Liberation Army of China) is a key manufacturing enterprise of the logistic dept. of People's Liberation Army of China which is also a national large-scale 2nd-level enterprise. Established in 1966 with an area of 580 mu covering 120000 square meters in construction, it has a fixed capital of RMB 120 million yuan. In 1991 it asked for another 230 mu to set up subsidiary plants in Langfang City of Hebei Province.
The JV Xinxing Heavy-duty Industry Co., Ltd. is a JUKI industrial high-speed sewing machine provider set in Langfang City invested by Japan JUKI Business Corporation. Employing more than 3000 persons, it has 10 workshops, 30 flow lines, 1 most advanced combing bedquilt, 1 melt quilt product line with an annual output of 2 million suits of garments and over 800000 quilts. Granted the right for imp&exp and having got ISO9002 certification in 1999, it is engaged in producing military, civilian uniforms and foreign trade garments. Now it is going all out to pass ISO-14001 quality & environment certification. In recent years, implementing the brand strategy, our plant has successively created "Yibaishun" branded business pants, casual pants, beddings and "Hengseng" branded packaging and color-printed products. Its name was changed into "Shanxi 3534 General Garment Plant" in 2002. According to the demand of modern enterprise system, it has set up 4 departments and 1 office. They are plant director office, sales dept., MFG dept., finance dept., HR dept.
Commanding advanced technology and facilities including CAD system made by US Boge Company for garment designing pattern, JUKI sewing machines, ironing facilities, automatic sack-opening machines, computerized sleeving machines, round head holing machines etc., our plant has set up strict product quality standard. It takes the lead in textile industry thanks to serious management, high quality, effective delivery. More than 10 organizations have been successively provided with uniforms by us. Our products sold in 24 domestic provinces and cities are exported to the USA, Japan, Russia, South Korea and Germany etc.. 12 of them won the prizes of our province, ministry and arm as well as the national silver award. It got the quality blue flag from the State Quality Inspection Bureau. Moreover, it also has been awarded "Shanxi Advanced Enterprises", "1st-level Advanced Military Enterprise", "Special-grade Merit,1st-grade Merit of the 4-Civilization Construction in Shanxi Province" etc..
