| SHAANXI DAHUA TEXTILE CO.,LTD. established in 1934 by the famous businessman Shi Fengxiang , was the biggest textile enterprise in northwest China before liberation which is also the parent company of shaanxi Dahua Textile Co., Ltd.. After liberation, it turned into a state-owned enterprise with the name shaanxi No.11 Cotton Mill through public-private co-cooperation. At the end of 1998, it was annexed by China Huacheng Group as a member of a subsidiary company of Tanghua Group in shaanxi affliated to China Huacheng Group. ( attention: including Tanghua No.3 Cotton Mill, Tanghua No.4 Cotton Mill, Tanghua No.6 Cotton Mill, shaanxi Dahua, Tanghua No.1 Printing Mill). On 6th March ,2001, authorized by China Huacheng Group, the previous shaanxi No.11 Cotton Mill was changed into present shaanxi Dahua Textile Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. |
