Merx is the newest company of the group established 2000, after AirTel (Romania) and Tenora (Yugoslavia) with headquarters in Bucharest. The company is a hundred percent customer oriented and organised into a matrix, functional structure that integrates all the functions across the various regions.
In this way Matrix provides for excellent communication among regions and also helps creating a strong corporate culture. Lot of time is dedicated to high quality staff selection and further training.
Job-training program exists on all levels; emphasised on the training of the front line staff.
