Established in 1993, the company has been rapidly developed into a medium-sized private textile enterprise, integrating scientific research, development, production and import & export trade, which has become a leading enterprise in agriculture industrialization of Yiyang. The company has been ISO9001:2000 quality system certified in February, 2006.
The company has self-owned assets valued RMB150 million and self-owned plant area of 90,000. It has six imported and domestic production lines of non-woven fabric, 150 shuttle looms, 40 rapier looms, 10,000 spinning spindles, one dyeing-sizing machine, one high speed warper of Benninger, over 100 assistant machines and one denim shioze plant. The annual output of soluble non-woven fabric is 1,600 tons, various yarns 1,800 tons, all kinds of fabrics 1.5 million meters, denim schioze 2.4 million meters. In the year 2005, the environmental protective linen mulching (patent number: 200410022948.3 ) and newly developed medium/ low temperature non-woven fabrics, as well as automobile decoration fabric jointly developed by Institute of Linen Research, Academy of Agricultural Sciences and our company have been favored by our clients; the products enjoy great popularity at home and abroad for years.
