Mingly Textiles(Changzhou)Ltd. is a private enterprise wholly-owned by a HongKong company ,Original Ltd., with a total investment Of USD29.5 million.The Company was registered on December 8th,1995.The paid up capital was USDl4.18 million and started its operation in March 1996.
The Company produces various Mingly Brand yarns and threads from 6s to 120s and stretch core-spun yarns,as well as Changming Brand fabrics from 47" to 94",such as plain,twill corduroy gray and stretch fabrics.The Company has established its long-term co-operative, relationships with its affiliated companies under the Cha Textiles Group such as China Dyeing Holdings Ltd. Hongkong,United Nigerian Textiles PLC,Nigeria,Akosombo Textiles Ltd.,Ghana,Cha Textiles Inc.,USA,Cosmopolitan Textiles Company Ltd.,United Kingdom.
Nisshinbo industries, Inc.One Of the largest manufactures in Japan, has 1/3 indirect interest in the Company and also acts as the Company''s advisor and consultant of production and quality control that enables the Company to provide high quality products to our customers. |
