Dalian Huayang Chemical Fiber Engineering technology Co.,Ltd is a chemical fiber engineering corporation integrated with scientific research, technical development, project contract and equipment manufacture. The corporation specializes in technical research for producing many kinds of civil staple fiber and filament and industrial filament of PET, PP, Nylon and other chemical fiber, kinds of bi-component composite staple fiber and filament, spun-bonded nonwoven production together with the exploitation of new product and technique, equipment design and manufacture, plant design and project contract, etc. The corporation has won the high fame in chemical fiber industry home and abroad.
The corporation is powerful in design and technical exploitation, experienced in installation and production. It has developed and applied a set of software for design of chemical fiber project, manufactured various spinning machines and production lines for different usage, actualized the engineering contract of “turn-key” project. After qualified by National Ministry of construction, it has been awarded with the Grade-A certificates for the leading technique of textile, chemical fiber, and chemical material, together with the design and manufacture standard D1 and D2 certificates for pressure vessels sanctified by the china quality inspect bureau. The corporation is titled as a high-and-new technology enterprise and AAA credit enterprise in Dalian.
The corporation has two subsidiary companies, Lushun ShuangYang Chemical fiber Equipment manufactory and Dalian Northern Chemical Co., Ltd. Each of them has capacity of all kinds of chemical fiber spinning device manufacture and 3500 tons/year production of segmented-pie PET/PA and PET/PET sea-island composite fiber. The company also has many experimental pilots for one component and bi-component of PET, PP, PA, PTT, PLA and so on to produce FDY, POY, TCS, HDY filament and spunbond nonwoven production.
Through consistent technique innovation and development, the corporation can produce many kinds of international leveled differential fiber production and technique device with independent intellectual property right. Among them, the core technique and device of PET spunbond nonwoven production line, PET/PA segment-pie composite spinning production line and sea-island composite spinning production line and so on have got the Patent Certificate for practicality and new type, which is issued by State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C.
