Wuxi Zhongshen Silver Ocean Industry Company ( WZSOIC ), the former Wuxi No.5 Cotton Textile Factory, specializes in manufacturing denim in various specifications with a long history. The factory was founded in 1979, covers an area of 65 thousand s.q.meters, including a building area of 36 thousand s.q.meters. Today, the company has 350 personnels and a fixed asset of RMB 80 million yuan. Regarding the device, it has 80 sets of advanced PICANOL shuttleless looms from Italy and other relative devices. Our denim products has many series in full specification range. The " Silver Ocean " brand indigo shrinkproof denim has been awarded the titles of Prominent Product, Flying Dragon Prise of National Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Ministry, and Prominent Product of Jiangsu Province. The "Gangka Spun Silk Cloth" yarn dyed textured indigo denim was National New Products.
All warp and weft yarns of our denim are made from pure cotton by open-end spinning. The warps are sizinged with indigo dyeing; the wefts are made of pure cotton by open-end spinning. The fabrics are woven by PICANOL GTM-AS rapier looms from Italy, and are processed by singeing, shrinkproof setting and finishing setting. The fabric has clear and trim face, clear grain, ideal third dimension, good breathability, soft handle, moderate color and boorish appearance. Water-washed and stone-washed, the fabric is good-look, superb, elegant, and popular among clients. It has been sold to 32 countries and regions.
