Mianyang Jiaxi Printing & Dyeing Co., Ltd. is engaged in printing & dyeing and after-finishing of cotton and cotton mixed woven fabrics; it is specially devoted to development and production of military camouflage fabric as the largest manufacturer of camouflage fabrics in Southwest China.
Established in May 2007, the private company covers a total area of 130 Mu and is equipped with 2 rotary printing lines and 2 dyeing lines as well as necessary facilities for pretreatment and after-finishing. All equipment represents the most advanced technology as in year 2007 and can be adopted for processing of cotton, poly/cotton, nylon/cotton, linen/cotton, nylon and polyester woven fabrics. Furthermore, its professional technical and management team has a 20-year experience in printing and dyeing industry and a 5-year history in European military camouflage fabrics production. Jiaxi has also established the largest provincial–level printing and dyeing technical center in Southwest China, which is installed with all testing devices.
With the right of foreign trade in China, Mianyang Jiaxi exports more than 80% of its yearly output of 50 million meters to Europe and USA, among which 30% are exported directly while 50% are exported through garments made in China. The balance 20% are sold in China. Camouflage fabrics covers about 1/3 of total production and are mostly exported to countries and regions from Europe.
We can provide many special after-finishing and multifunctional technologies, such as IRR, radiation resist, anti-ultraviolet, Teflon, retardant, anti-mosquito, bacteristatic, chlorine bleaching resistance, moisture absorption and sweet discharge,high coloring fastness etc. Main products are military camouflage fabrics, printed fabrics in reactive dyes and pigment dyes, dyed fabrics. Jiaxi’s camouflage fabrics well meet the standards of Ministry of Defense of UK, Greece, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Russia, Lithuania, USA, Brazil, Chili, Saudi Arab, Oman, etc.
Situated at Santai of Mianyang, Sichuan Province, Jiaxi is only 1.5 hours’ drive away from Chengdu. Its high-efficient logistics system can always guarantee quick and safe delivery. For example, delivery to Shanghai, Shenzhen and Tianjin only takes 2-3 days by land, delivery by train takes 4-5 days. And products can also be directly exported through Chongqing Port and Luzhou Port, which are less than 300 km away. In addition, Mianyang Airport has direct flight service to Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing.
The large number of textile and garment companies nearby also provides customers with more convenience of grey fabrics supply and garment making service.
