In 1950, Zhejiang Jute Mill was established with the land area of 800 mu. By now, we have become the leading enterprise of the jute industry in China.
For the great efforts Zhema people did in the past half century, we made several No.1 in the national jute textile industry. We have the biggest production scale, our annual output of sacks gives 25% of the total output of the nation. We are the biggest tax payer in the field, and the amount of money we turn in.
After the reorganization, Zhejiang Jute Co., Ltd. tries hard to improve the products quality by the help of the advanced management and technology, therefore, our products become the first choice of many customers. Meanwhile, we are trying to develop new products. The jute yarn with high intension for the woven carpet, jute fine cloth and composite fabric, jute craft bag (sack) has established their own stable markets. Besides, we could produce PP backing cloth and PP Roots backing cloth with the max. width of 4.5 meters, and they are perfect materials for carpet making. At present, we are able to do the coating of all kinds of fabrics (paper), and could make high quality composite fabrics according to the requirement from customers.
Zhejiang Jute Co., Ltd. is located in Gongshu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China (Gongchenqiao), which enjoys very convenient transport facilities, especially we have our own port.
