Xiajin Fengrun Industry Co., Ltd., founded in Sept. 2000, has four branches (the textile factory, cotton branch, mechanical retainer factory and oil pressing mill), an occupied floor area of 136,000sq. metes and 840 employees including 75 technicians. By the end of 2006, the company had total assets of 105,19 million RMB, fixed assets of 61.04 million RMB. And the annual sales revenue reaches 162.98 million, profit and tax of 17,47 million RMB. In Feb. 2005, the company was honored as "Dezhou City Top 50 Private Enterprises", "Grade-AA Credit Rating Enterprise". In 2006, it was honored as "Provincial-level Consumer Satisfied Unit" etc.
The Textile Factory formerly had 20,000 ring spindles and 2 rotor spinners. In 2005, according to specific market demand conditions, the company decided to made an investment of 20 million RMB in the purchase of 5 rotor spinners which can annually produce 4,500 tons of high-grade air-spun yarns, with annual sales revenue o f67 million RMB and profit & tax of 5 million RMB.
The Cotton Branch has 3 type-98 sawtooth cotton gins, 1 type-400 packer, and major equipments are just first-class in China. ?It can daily process 120 tons of seed cotton. The Oil Pressing Mill now has 4 type-200 oil presses, 22 type-141 cottonseed off machines，which can daily process 100 tons of cotton seeds. |
