Established as early as 1966, Benxi No. 1 Textile Co., Ltd. has experienced several times of technical reform and is now equipped with the most advanced spinning and weaving facilities in China, which can be adopted for producing all varieties of cotton, poly/cotton and other mixed yarns as well as all kinds of industrial and fashion fabrics. Its key product of “Tieshashan Brand” leather ground fabric has been awarded “Top Brand Product of Liaoning Province” by Liaoning Province Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.
I. Product parameters
We produce all kinds of high, middle and low grade of raised plain and twill fabrics, which are featured of even surface and soft hand-feel and can be further finished by bleaching or printing and dyeing. Besides good performance in elasticity and breathing, the physical parameters, density, width and packing length are all somewhat better than required standards; knots and defects numbers can well meet relative standards.
II. Company history and awards
Guided by the spirit of “Hard-working, precise, efficient and honest”, we always try out best efforts to realize perfect work. After more than 4 decades of endless efforts, we have now become one of the Model Enterprise of Liaoning City and were awarded “May 1st Labor Prize” by China National Labor Union; Mr. Meng Xianbao, Chairman and General Manager, was awarded “May 1st Labor Prize” and “Model Worker of Liaoning Province” by Liaoning Province Labor Union; In Jun. 2003, as the representative of Model Worker of the textile industry in Liaoning Province, Mr. Meng Xianbao met Premier Wen Jiabao and took pictures together in Fushun. The then Liaoning Provincial Secretary Li Keqiang had visited us for several times. In Jun. 2006, we were awarded “Model Unit of Harmony Enterprise in the textile industry” by China Textile Industry Association; we have been “Big Tax Payer” for continuous 10 years; other awards include Key Enterprise of textile industry in Liaoning Province and “Contract-abiding and Honest Unit” by Industrial and Commercial Administration of Liaoning Province. Now we totally employ 3000 workers, of whom there are over 200 technicians and engineers. The whole company covers 70,000 square meters, including more than 40,000 square meters of buildings.
Our yearly output has reached RMB0.2 billion while sales revenue is RMB0.21 billion, which creates RMB12 million of profits before tax. Equipment includes 30,000 sets of spinning frame spindles, 1000 sets of looms, 576 sets of rotor spinning frames. Every year, we produce 1800 tons of rotor yarns, 10,000 tons of cotton yarns and 50 million meters of fabrics, which are sold throughout China.
Efficiency determines development and quality decides success. We have adopted a modern management system and paid great importance to development of human resources, and these efforts result in the quick development of our company. Furthermore, we never stop our development, and instead we always strive for innovation to better meet customers’ requirement while pursuing the maximum profit of products and deeper reputation in the market. The idea of “Development via quality” requires us to be responsible to all customers and pushes us to produce top products and renowned enterprise, which is the only way to achieve more successes in the development road of our enterprise.
III. Technical Background
