Shangyu Rongma Knitwear Printing Mill has a printing history of more than 10 years and is now one of the top 100 printing mill in Shaoxin area.
Rongma Knitwear Printing Mill lies at Fenghui Industrial Development Zone, which about 14KM east to the Exit of Hang-Yong Exp. Way and Shang-San Exp. Way. The Mill covers over 10,000 square meters and employs 250 workers, including 40 technical experts. Regarding equipment, it owns 8 sets of 60M/1.8M steaming bedplates, 8 sets of 60M oblique automatic drying bedplates. Rongma provides all kinds of printing and dyeing service, with 1 set of 500Kg automatic dyeing vat, 1 set of 300Kg automatic dyeing vat, 3 sets of 200Kg automatic dyeing vat, 3 sets of 100Kg automatic dyeing vat, and 1 set of automatic dyeing vat for 75kg, 50kg, 25kg, 5kg and 3kg respectively, and 7 sets of grooved drum vehicle and 1 set of drying machine.
Every year, Rongma Knitwear produces 3000 tons of printed greige fabrics, 2 million pairs of printed socks and gloves, 2.2 million pieces of printed children wear, 85% of which are exported overseas. Its dyeing capacity is about 5000 ton of fabrics in cotton, polyester/cotton, acrylic/cotton, wool/cotton, polyester/rayon, wool, polyester, acrylic, etc. Meanwhile, Rongma Knitwear also provides coating service (for fabrics in pieces, cloth piece, cotton fabric, toweling fabric and umbrella fabric), cationic printing on sweaters, Ads paper, etc..
