Shanghai Caiyi Home Textile (Holding) Co., Ltd. was mutually invested by Shanghai Caiyi Home Textile Co., Ltd., Hebei Tanglong Textile Co., Ltd. and Cotton Farm Base of Xinjiang State Farm 6. It is a modern home textile enterprise fully engaged in cotton farming, cotton purchasing and processing, spinning, weaving, R & D, manufacturing and trading of finished home textiles. Among the investors, Hebei Tanglong Textile Group Co., Ltd., which was set up as early as 1984, is an ISO9001: 2000 certified company with the right in foreign trade in China. Tanglong Textile’s business mainly covers cotton farming, cotton purchasing and processing and spinning. It owns 80,000 mu of high-productivity cotton farming land, 50,000 sets of spinning, 500 sets of rapier and air-jet looms and 400-ton cotton ginning machine. It covers a total area of 100,000 square meters and owns total assets of RMB180 million and staff of 1200 people. All its yarns and fabrics are produced by itself for making home textiles and bedding articles.
Caiyi Home Textile owns a 500-square-meters R & D center in Shanghai, which is called Product Incubation Center inside Caiyi. The center now employs 15 highly experienced designers, 30% of them being senior designers.
Every year, Caiyi Home Textile will spend 10% of its sales income in new product development and technical innovation according to its development guideline of “Independent series for research, storage, production and sales respectively”. In this way, it can always ensure new products monthly and yearly and forever. In addition, Caiyi Home Textile has established the best distribution and market response system around China, which well helps cope with franchisees’ requirement and market changes.
