Wuxi Tai’an Wool Textile Factory (Wuxi Tai’an Wool Textile Products Co., Ltd.) is a private-owned enterprise. The factory is located in the Bank of Taihu Lake—Yanqiao Town, Huishan District, Wuxi. It is 2 kilometers from Wuxu Exit of Huning Highway and Huangtang Exit of Xicheng Highway, 5 kilometers from Qingyang Exit of Yanjiang Highway. The factory covers an area of 16,675 square meters and the building area can be 14,500 square meters. There are 12 sets of crude wool knitting ring spindles equipments among them, the BC272 carding machine 12 sets, BC583 frame 12 sets, FN601 fight ray machine 4 sets, BC643 fight stock machine 2 sets, 1381 tank Jane car 4 sets. It has the production and development ability of crude wool textiles as well as completed sampling laboratory and test equipments which can develop new products and analysis the new samples. The annual production ability of various textile yarn can be 1,200 tons and the exporting proportion can be 80%. The products can be sold to the Europe, American, Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and so on.
The enterprise was founded on March 15th 1993. Through years’ development, it has formed certain production scale and production ability. The factory has passed the International Quality Management System ISO9001:2000 Certification.
Quality Control Process:
Raw materials(quality test)—hair color(fastness and tone test)—comb before check the color of the wool—comber machine(weight test)—spun yarn(yarn evenness and amount check)--doubling(joint strength test)---(qualified)packed--deliver
Operation Process(from order to after-sale service):
Make plan with the workshops after receiving the order, the business workers will check the whole process from raw materials to dyeing, yarn spinning until delivery as well as the yarn quality of the clothes production.
First, product specifications: various yarns, from one to eighteen.，Raw materials: Wool, cashmere, alpaca, mohair, angora, silk, cotton, stick cutter, ramie, linen, nylon, silk and a variety of synthetic staple fibers。
Second, Philosophy of the enterprise: make no exception to the orders, customers, domestic sales or abroad sales of the quality and delivery date.
