Shandong Jofo Nonwoven Co., Ltd. specially produces nonwovens. It was jointly established by Hong Kong Timi Industrial Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Jofo Group Company. It now boasts a total investment of RMB 101.5 million and is expected to develop into a large manufacturing base of its kind in northern China.
We are situated at the Dongying Hi-tech industrial Development Zone and enjoy grand advantages in land, sea and air transportation.
With the improved STP 3 double-head production line imported from Italy, we annually produce 6,000 ton of nonwovens with 3600mm in gross width and 3200mm in valid width. The drawing speed is 3500m/min. Products range from 10g/m2 to 150g/m2 and the single yarn can be as fine as 1.5 Denier. The calenders were exclusively made by Germany KUSTERS Company and the rolling of nonwovens is implemented by the linear winding machines made by Italy CAIL Company, which are also applicable for paper core of 3 or 6 inches. Thanks to the improvements of the spinneret and the drawing blast tube on the STP 3, the nonwoven made by it is much better in evenness than those made by the STP 2. We have now adopted the double-head models for production of S-S nonwoven fabrics, which have seen more improvements in evenness. |
