Dinghu Yongsheng Polyester Fiber Textile Co., Ltd. is a large-size multi-functional textile manufacturing base located in Dinghu District, which was invested by Indonesian Chinese Mr. Song Lianghao. The Park covers a total area of 1130mu for manufacturing polyester fibers, spinning, dyeing, printing, after-finishing and ready-wear garments.
Dinghu Yongsheng Polyester Fiber Textile Co., Ltd. was first built in Aug. 1998 and was composed of 8 functional areas for cotton spinning, polyester spraying, wool textile, knitting, dyeing and finishing, printing, garment making, and sewage treatment. With 2400 or so sets of worldly advanced textile machineries, 250,000 square meters of workshops and 3000 people, it mainly produces yarns, threads, fabrics, garments, felt, carpet, socks and caps. By now, the total investment has reached nearly RMB1.3 billion and annual output is 35,000 tons of yarns, 24,000 tons ingrey fabrics, 40,000 tons of printed and dyed fabrics, and 20,000 tons of after-finished fabrics which equal to sales value of RMB1 billion. Based on a leading management system and powerful financial support, it now exports its products to all over the world. Within the two years since the establishment, its total export value is USD15.255 million while the export in the first four months this year is USD2.77 million, an increase of 28.7% as compared to that of last year, which is 51.7% of the total export value in Dinghu District. Presently, a new cotton spinning mill is under construction, which has imported USD10 million of advanced machineries and is expected to finish by Sept., 2008.
Through the policy of “Attract investment with investment”, Dinghu Textile Industrial Park is negotiating with many garment manufacturers and textiles producers in the aim of annual productivity of more than RMB1.5 billion and export value of more than USD20 million. By then, the Park will employ over 10,000 people, becoming one of the largest textile manufacturing bases with the best quality and the most varieties in China.
