Henan Guangshan Baisha card clothing Co., Ltd.(Henan Guangshan Textile Equipments Co., Ltd., )as the largest production base of metal card clothing at home, was founded in 1962 and covers spinning series such as cotton spinning, wool spinning, nonwoven series, ramie/silk spinning, particular animals'' fibers spinning and card clothing series used for cotton processing such as metal card clothing, top card clothing and elastic card clothing etc. As the only specialized enterprise manufacturing V.E.D metal self-jamming card clothing and a high and new technology enterprise in Henan province, it has gained V.E.D quality certification of fitness and is authorized the rights of import and export.
The self-jamming card clothing equipped with carding machine and scutching & carding unit is suitable for the production in high-yield carding machine of wear-resisting card clothing, high count cotton, five kinds of new fine denier card clothing and special thin nonwoven card clothing. Among which V type self-jamming card clothing has achieved two national patents---V,E,D metal self-jamming card clothing and B272A worsted card rack which are the recommended products by China Textile Machinery & Equipments Industry Association. Its annual output of metal card clothing reaches 1900 tons (19000 sets) and of flats reaches 2000 pieces. |
