Pre-wound bobbin thread is a high-tech pre-molding machine which appliable to embroidery machines, quilting embroidery machines, sewing machines. Its length is longer than the traditional core of two to three times, greatly reducing the loss, reducing the stopping-rate and increase the plant's output. Pre-wound bobbin thread is 50 percent less than the traditional鈥檚 in wear and tear. Because there is no metal shuttle, a needle will not impact the shuttle and not acaused needles broken , reducing the overall rate of thread broken.
